21151. Amit Shah lays foundation of forensic sciences institute in Lucknow
- Union home affairs minister Amit Shah laid the foundation of a forensic sciences institute in Lucknow on Sunday. The institute, which would operate under the ministry of home affairs.
- Speaking at the foundation laying ceremony at Piparsand in Lucknow, Amit Shah said the first-of-its-kind institution, which is estimated to cost ₹200 crore, would pave the way for research and modernisation of policing in the country.
- "The Centre is taking initiative to improve law and order across country and the forensic sciences university is one such initiative," Amit Shah said.

- e-RUPI is a cashless and contactless instrument for digital paymente-Rupi is a QR code or SMS string-based e-Voucher, which is delivered to the mobile of the beneficiariesIt has been developed by the National Payments Corporation of India on its UPI platform
- The users of this seamless one-time payment mechanism will be able to redeem the voucher without a card, digital payments app or internet banking access, at the service provider
- E-Rupi vouchers are like e-gift cards, which are prepaid in nature. e-RUPI will ensure timely payment without the requirement for intermediaries.

21153. UP’s Sonbhadra ensures all kids have benches to sit on
- Sonbhadra has become the first district in Uttar Pradesh to equip all its 2,257 primary and upper primary schools with desk benches. Now, around 260,000 children in these schools will not have to sit on the ground for classes.
- Sonbhadra also ranked first among 112 districts in the country in March for an overall good performance in key areas such as health, nutrition and school infrastructure, skill development and financial inclusion under the Aspirational District Programme (ADP) by NITI Aayog.
- Launched in 2018, the ADP focuses on overall infrastructure improvement, with special focus on school infrastructure, health, nutrition, and skill development.
21154. भारत ने लद्दाख में बनाई दुनिया की सबसे ऊंची सड़क, चीन बॉर्डर के है नजदीक
- भारत ने लद्दाख में एक नई ऊंचाई हासिल की है। बॉर्डर रोड्स ऑर्गनाइजेशन (बीआरओ) ने यहां पर दुनिया की सबसे ऊंची सड़क बनाने में कामयाबी हासिल की है। यह सड़क पूर्वी लद्दाख के उमलिंगला पास में स्थित है, जिसकी ऊंचाई समुद्र तल से 19,300 फीट है।
- इसके साथ ही भारत ने बोलिविया रिकॉर्ड तोड़ दिया है। अभी तक दुनिया की सबसे ऊंची सड़क का रिकॉर्ड बोलिविया के नाम था।
- यह सड़क 52 किलोमीटर लंबी है और उमलिंगला पास के जरिए पूर्वी लद्दाख के चुमार सेक्टर को जोड़ती है। यह सड़क स्थानीय लोगों के लिए काफी लाभदायक होगी। वजह, यह चिसुम्ले और डेमचॉक को लेह से जोड़ने के लिए वैकल्पिक रास्ता देती है।
21155. किसानों के लिए फार्मकार्ट लाया कृषि उपकरण रेंटल प्लेटफॉर्म की सौगात
- कृषि नवाचार स्टार्टअप फार्मकार्ट ने मध्य भारत में किसानों के लिए किराए पर कृषि उपकरणों की सुलभ व्यवस्था के लिए रेंट4फार्म प्लेटफॉर्म की शुरुआत की है।
- रेंट4फार्म साझा अर्थव्यवस्था पर आधारित एक बाजार व्यवस्था है, जहां से किसान उपकरण मालिकों से उपकरण किराए पर ले सकते हैं।
- उपकरण मालिकों को ‘पार्टनर’ कहा गया है क्योंकि वह फार्मकार्ट के प्लेटफॉर्म से जुड़कर उपभोक्ताओं या किसानों को प्राथमिक दरों और विशिष्ठ तौर पर उपकरण किराए पर देंगे।
21156. ‘खेती- किसानी’ के लिए IIT Delhi और IFFCO ने मिलाया हाथ, किसानों की आय दोगुनी करने के लिए रिसर्च पर होगा फोकस
- इफको यानी भारतीय किसान उर्वरक सहकारी लिमिटेड (IFFCO) ने आइआइटी दिल्ली के साथ एक समझौता ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर किया है.
- इस समझौते के जरिये दोनों ही संस्थान एक-दूसरे की प्रयोगशालाओं का प्रयोग करेंगे और किसानों की तरक्की के लिए काम करेंगे.
- इफको के वैज्ञानिक-इंजीनियर और आइआइटी दिल्ली के अकादमिक अनुसंधान संकाय-विद्वान संयुक्त रूप से चुनौतीपूर्ण कृषि और पर्यावरण संबंधी समस्याओं को हल करने के लिए अभिनव समाधान खोजेंगे.
21157. मप्र में हथकरघा उद्योग को और समृ़द्ध करने की कोशिश
- आत्म-निर्भर मध्यप्रदेश के सपने को साकार बनाने में हाथकरघा को और समृद्ध करने की कोशिशें जारी हैं। डिण्डोरी जिले के पिंडरूखी एवं सरवाही के 50 बुनकर हितग्राहियों को हाथकरघा एवं सहायक उपकरण और पांच बुनकरों को ताना मशीन 90 प्रतिशत अनुदान पर प्रदान किये जायेंगे।
- चंदेरी में रियल-जरी वैवाहिक साड़ी के डिजाइन विकास तथा प्रदेश की स्थापत्य धरोहरों के डिजाइनों पर आधारित वस्त्रों के डिजाइन विकास करने के लिये 75-75 दिवस की कार्यशालाऐं प्रारंभ की जाएंगी।
- राष्ट्रीय हाथकरघा विकास निगम द्वारा आयोजित वर्चुअल प्रदर्शनी में मृगनयनी एम्पोरियम के माध्यम से प्रदेश के बुनकरों द्वारा तैयार उत्पादों को प्रदर्शित किया जायेगा।

21159. मोदी के वोकल फॉर लोकल से प्रेरित हो 17 साल के युवक ने बनाया स्वदेशी ऐप, कम डाटा में होगा काम
- 17 वर्षीय क्षितिज ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के वोकल फ़ॉर लोकल, चाइनीज ऐप को रिप्लेस करने और भारतीयों को उनका अपना देशी मोबाइल ऐप देने के लिए 'मिस्ट' ऐप डेवलप किया है। इसे उन्होंने लॉकडाउन के दौरान बनाया है।
- इसे मोबाइल में इंस्टाल करने के बाद किसी अन्य ऐप की जरूरत नहीं होगी। एक ऐप करेगा सभी काम। कम डेटा और लो स्पीड इंटरनेट में भी यह पूरी छमता के साथ काम करेगा।
- उपभोक्ताओं का डेटा पूरी तरह से सुरक्षित रहेगा। इसे सिर्फ भेजने और रिसीव करने वाला ही देख सकता है। अकेले इस एप के माध्यम से उपभोक्ता वीडियो शेयर कर सकते हैं। इसके अलावा ऑडियो कॉल, लाइव स्ट्रीमिंग, मैसेजिंग, चैट आदि का लुत्फ उठा सकते हैं।
21160. Ashok Leyland launches India's first 14-wheeler DTLA truck AVTR 4120
- Ashok Leyland launched the 4-axle 8x2 DTLA truck (14-wheeler) AVTR 4120 with a capacity of 40.5 tonne Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW). The company said this is India’s first 4-axle 8x2 DTLA truck (14-wheeler). This new truck offers an additional five tonne payload compared to standard 8x2 trucks with better Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), said the company.
- The new product will operate at 40.5 tonne with the lift axle down (revenue and payload nearly similar to 10x2) and at 28 tonne with the lift axle up (lower fuel and operating cost similar to 6x2) during light load/partial load/return empty.
- The product also offers the customer flexibility to operate at a large band of GVW from 28 tonne to 40.5 tonne with best-in-class Total Cost of Operation (TCO) benefits, he claimed. AVTR 4120 is fitted with a 12.5-tonne dual tyre lift axle (DTLA) with Patented Parallogram technology – which ensures better tyre life. AVTR 4120 is powered with 200 HP engine with iGen6 technology offering superior power, performance and fluid efficiency.
